About the ICPI Foundation for Education & Research

The ICPI Foundation for Education & Research was established as a 501(c)(3), a designation for educational and research organizations that serve the public interest.

The Foundation positions the segmental concrete pavement industry for a stronger and more predictable future.

The Foundation's mission is to provide educational and research programs designed to benefit the concrete paver industry and users. It accomplishes this by:

• Developing educational resources that optimize manufacturing, construction operations and maintenance, that demonstrate superior value, while encouraging acceptance by the design and construction communities; and,
• Supporting, conducting and disseminating research and technical studies that enhance and improve knowledge.

Foundation for the Future Endowment Campaign

To launch additional research on interlocking and permeable concrete pavement and the Center for Interlocking Concrete Pavement, the Foundation created the "Foundation for the Future Endowment Campaign."  This Campaign was created to assist the Foundation in soliciting donors for the future Center for Interlocking Concrete Pavement and the Foundation's research and grant projects.

The Endowment Campaign has been divided into two phases with equal goals of $2.5 million. The total endowment goal is to raise $5 million by 2012.
