Cancellation Policy for ICPI Webinars
Registrants who provide written notice of cancellation at least two days in advance of the webinar date shall receive a full refund. No refunds will be made for not attending or if notice of cancellation is received (2) days or less prior to the webinar date. Substitutions shall be permitted from the same company at any time prior to the start date without penalty. Please check the technical requirements of the webinar service well in advance of the webinar start time. Most technical glitches can be traced to your computer network's firewalls or security settings. If a technical failure prevents access to the live webinar, the registrant will be given access to a recording of the webinar. If the technical failure is the fault of the webinar service provider or if the webinar is cancelled, a full refund will be offered.
