ICPI Starts Workforce Development Team to Enable Members to Roll Out Program in Their Communities

Four of every five contractors participating in the 2018 ICPI Contractor Industry Report reported that recruiting and hiring qualified employees was their single biggest business challenge.  In response, ICPI members and staff have created the Institute’s Workforce Development program designed to generate new installers and encourage current installers to continue developing their skills and knowledge.

ICPI members can roll out the ICPI Workforce Development program in their communities by joining the Institute’s Workforce Development Team.  In early 2019, how-to guides and marketing materials will be available to use at Job Fairs, with educators and parents, at Boot Camps, in the news media, with internships, and other with key networking activities.  Interested members should fill out and return the form linked here.
