Thanks to grants from the ICPI Foundation for Education & Research, the Landscape Architecture Foundation’s (LAF) Landscape Performance Series website includes resources for landscape architecture university students, professors and practicing professionals:
- The ICPI Foundation issued mini-grants to university landscape architecture professors to develop landscape performance as a basis (pedagogy) for teaching landscape architecture. Students applied various economic, environmental and social performance models to measure performance of a range of existing landscaped environments. Some of these sites included performance measurement of segmental concrete pavements. These are found among student and faculty deliverables listed here. These resources are, of course, accessible to many other professors and students.
- Curation of landscape performance case studies that include the benefits of segmental concrete paving. These are found here.
- A learning module on performance of segmental concrete pavement. This was delivered as a recorded webinar on February 27th and is posted on the LAF website here. The one-hour course is approved for 1 CEU from ASLA.
Additional educational resources for landscape architecture university students, professors and practicing professionals are found on www.paveshare.org. This site includes a menu of design ideas, syllabi, studio exercises, presentations and case studies using segmental concrete pavements.
