An area with extreme entertainment value with function for everyday life. That was the goal for this 4560ft2 Patio, Driveway, and front entry. This design was put together using 3 different pavers, using the same accent bands throughout. The front entryway, driveway, and fireplace area all used a rustic Mega Arbel, while the sidewalks and main patio were slated with the texture of Urbanas and Rustic Slabs. The 900ft2 driveway is the first to catch attention as guests pull up often wondering, should they even drive on it? It leads past a small water feature and up to the front entry or past a large waterfall to a breathtaking outdoor living space in the back yard. Entertainment value meant a Fireplace, Waterfall, Seating and an outdoor Kitchen to name a few! Lighting and Heating features were added throughout the project to allow for longer and warmer evenings around the fireplace. Seating walls and planters with seating were placed on all four sides of the pool. Placed close enough to keep an eye on the grandkids and still be out of the “splashzone”. The design also allowed room for many tables and chairs to be set up during a night of entertainment. Giant planters were placed along one side and used as a center piece. They soften up the area and function as seating. All colors were chosen keeping the stucco, stone and brick finish of the house in mind. A real oasis was created at this moderate Western Nebraska home.
