Riviera Beach Marina

This project was a City Redevelopment Association (CRA) waterfront redevelopment site in the City of Riviera Beach, Florida. The engineering firm of Calvin Giordano had to develop a design that would meet South Florida Water Management Districts permitting requirements covering current and future water Quality and Quantity standards.

Sea Scout Base Galveston

Concrete unit pavers were used throughout the Sea Scout Base Galveston site to connect the multiple outdoor use spaces and provide a functional yet beautiful underlying floor of high end finishes and textures. With a focus on environmental stewardship, the site landscape was designed to harvest and re-use rain water.  Parking for fifty cars and associated driveways are executed with permeable pavers, allowing rainwater to be collected via below-grade storage, and rain collection gardens showcase water purification and natural systems at the main entrance and bus drop.

The Heights at Sugarloaf

The Heights at Sugarloaf project features extensive use of Diamond Pro Stone Cut 3 pc, 4000 sqft, for retaining walls. Blocks and caps produced in a 3 color blend. Appalachian Blend was selected for visual appeal and non-commercial appearance. Pool deck features a white cement paver, color Cast Stone, produced in 60mm City Stone, 12”x12”, set at a 45 degree angle, with Plaza Stone Rec, 6”x 9” banding and borders. Project also contains 55,000 sqft of 60mm Plaza Stone, Old Town Blend color, used on walkways, sidewalks, and lobby entrance.

Tivoli Auraria Campus

Wenk LA’s design intent for Tivoli Plaza incorporated a variety of paver types including permeable and standard pavers, along with a multitude of colors and surface textures.  This allowed the designer to incorporate a “green approach” by utilizing the ecological benefits of permeable pavers, continuing the campus’s sustainability trend while also highlighting a number of the campus colors. 

University of San Francisco


San Francisco, CA United States

The University of San Francisco Campus has undergone major redevelopment over the last eight years, removing asphalt driveways and paths and replacing them with over 50,000sf of interlocking pavers. The addition of the new Science building included over 30,000sf of granite pavers. The campus walk pavers are Pavestone Villa pavers and the Science building pavers are custom-cut granite slabs in various sizes and shades of grey. Both were installed by The Legacy Paver Group.

State Farm Regional Office at Cityline

Pavers incorporated into the State Farm campus set the theme as the Cityline development continues to grow around State Farms Regional office.  Pavers incorporated into the design were produced in the Grapevine location of Pavestone; primary design centered on Pavestone City Stone series in 6x12 8cm as well as linear Verona II 3x18 10cm pavers.  Color pallet consisting of monochromatic fields of Schlegel Tan, Tan, Charcoal and Bellows Brown, combined with standard and contrasting shot blasted finishes, created the desired upscale architectural look.

Centennial Mall

Pavestone supplied 30,000 sf of pavers to the Centennial Mall project. Various colors of our pavers were used to depict the different Eco-regions of Nebraska.  Using special tools and their creative talents, the subcontractor engraved and inlaid our pavers to depict Nebraska’s rivers and railroad lines.  The design also included a dark, monolithic, square edged paver to highlight the importance of the state capitol building.  Fountains along the way celebrate education, imagination, and creativity – supporting Nebraska’s motto:  “The Good Life”.

Oak Ridge Country Club


Oak Ridge, TN United States

Oak Ridge Country Club added a 70' long pool and this needed to be held up by a retaining wall. The wall was 2500 facial square feet and around the pool they added 8000 sqft of pavers.

Nursing Home Courtyard


Wilmington, Massachusetts United States

The outdoor kitchens were made out of a steel superstructure with a veneer installed on the outside. A leathered granite was installed for the countertops and was also used for the many bistro tables throughout the courtyard. To customize these bistro tables for our client, half of the tables were lowered down to ADA height compliance so that those confined to wheelchairs would still be able to use and enjoy the space. Another unique feature that can be seen in both courtyards is the use of multiple paver choices.

Look Cinemas Prestonwood

LOOK Cinemas Prestonwood, “The Flagship Cinema” in North Dallas, eleven screen 54,000 sf complex was designed by Los Angeles based Pleskow Architects.  The landscape architectural firm of StudioOutside incorporated plank-style Verona II 10cm pavers in a soft yet striking monochromatic grey-based blend of individual Pewter, Slate and Saturated Charcoal paving units.  The Pewter and Slate pavers were shot blasted to create texture.  The long, linear paver aspect lends a modern and upscale visual appearance to the project – the linear pavers create a natural pathway inviting patrons directly i
