Meeting Location
The 2021 ICPI Canadian Activities Meeting will take place at the Delta Hotel Toronto Airport & Conference Center on Monday, November 15 and Tuesday, November 16.

Meeting & COVID Related Protocol
For your protection we will be adhering to the following COVID related protocol as required by current legislation.
If you are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms, you are requested to please not attend the meeting.
Proof of full vaccination will be required to enter the meeting room1. Presenting the vaccination QR code will help speed the check in process.
When not seated or in public spaces outside of meeting room, wearing a mask is required. When seated, eating, drinking or presenting, masks are optional.
Seating will be 2 people per 8 ft table
Breakfast will be served buffet style with banquet staff assistance to limit contact points.
Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be available throughout the hotel and in the meeting room.
Currently there are no restrictions on room capacity limits.
These requirements are subject to change depending on the latest government regulations.
1 Showing the vaccination QR code when arriving at the meeting will speed the screening process. Canadian members attending the meeting can obtain their enhanced vaccine certificate/vaccine passport/vaccine card by visiting https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-covid-19-proof-vaccination/get-proof.html and following the directions. Meeting attendees who do not have a vaccination QR code, will need to show ICPI staff their vaccination documentation to determine if they are fully vaccinated.
Registration
Registration for the 2021 ICPI Canadian Activities Meeting is open to all ICPI members and the registration fee is $109 USD per person. The advanced online registration window has closed.

The last day to register online to attend the 2021 Canadian Activities Meeting is Thursday November 11.
